CleanAir Self-Regulating Heated Sample Lines are industry-tough, built with heavy duty (HD), heavy-wall, heat-traced PTFE tubing, insulation, nylon braid and silicone jacket. Terminations and standard Type K TC/thermocouple are included. Lightweight design with smaller outside diameter allows for easier transport in the field and flexibility in tight spaces.

When selecting configurations with Option 8 (Thermostatic Control), please specify thermostat temperature set points in Order Comments. Available set points: 98°, 104°, 120°, 140°, 176°, 212°, 248°, 302°, 356° F.

Options

Armored Ends with Field-Removable Stainless Steel Stubs (Option 6). Available in 1/2″ or 5/8″ sizes. Provides a hard surface to which a field-removable attach point is connected.  This allows for multiple attachments and tube replacements in case of damage while in the field, avoiding costly heated tube repairs.

Strain Relief (Option 7). Armored Ends (Option 6) Required. Allows the operator to have an easy access handle with which to pull the heated sample line into position.  Unsupported moving and subsequent attachment of the line to a fixed surface often damages hose ends.

Thermostatic Control and Indicator Light (Option 8). Offers a form of self-regulation with an internally-embedded fixed-temperature thermostat. A small, LED light operates in conjunction with the thermostat’s on/off status and gives the operator an operational view of the thermostatic cycle.

Tube-in-a-Tube (Option 9). Call to Request. A field-replaceable inner tube can extend the life of a heated sample line. (Call to order.)
