Ethylene oxide regulations picking back up after lull?

On May 10, 2021 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requested additional comments with respect to the Information Collection Request (ICR) for all ethylene oxide commercial sterilization facilities (30-day comment period due by June 9, 2021) subject to 40 CFR part 63, subpart O. The initial request for comment was June 12, 2020 (60-day comment period).
